Cluíd Housing, Cork Office

The refurbishment of this traditional 3 storey terrace in the historic centre of Cork city involved the addition of a new timber roof and external terrace for the staff, expanding the office facilities for the Cluid Cork staff. On the lower floors, conference facilities and meeting pods are tucked in behind new roof lights are provided, with a new canteen at the first floor, Both the external widows and rendered facade and main roof were refurbished as part of the works. Additional insulation and heat recovery systems have reduced energy costs and improved comfort for the staff.
